We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch orders promptly and with care.

UK Delivery
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday). Delivery times vary depending on the service selected at checkout.

International Delivery
We are pleased to ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

For customers in the United States, please contact us prior to ordering for the latest information regarding tariffs or import duties, as these may vary.

Please note that any customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, please read our policy carefully before requesting a return.

Faulty Items
We offer refunds on items that are faulty or damaged.
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you believe your item is faulty. Please email vanatatextiles@gmail.com to register your return, including your order number and details of the issue.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be returned before a refund can be processed.

Change of Mind

If you have changed your mind, we are happy to offer an exchange to the value of the goods, or a credit note.
This will be issued once the item has been returned to us in its original condition. Please email vanatatextiles@gmail.com to register your return before sending any items back.

Non-Refundable Items
Please note the following exceptions:

Cut fabric and haberdashery items cannot be refunded unless faulty.

Vintage items are sold as seen. Due to the age and history of these pieces, they may not be in perfect condition. We make every effort to describe and photograph any visible defects where possible, but signs of wear are to be expected and are part of their character.

Important Information
Returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot accept returns that have not been authorised by email.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is confirmed faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
